How can I create an account on Nestpick?

On our website and our listing pages, you can click on Signup / Login and complete your signup. Signing up to Nestpick is 100% free!

How can I delete my account?

If you wish to delete your account please send an email to tenant@nestpick.com

Which properties can I book directly on Nestpick?

All listing with a Reserve Now button can be directly booked online.

Can I visit the property before booking?

Unfortunately an apartment viewing is not possible before the booking has been completed.

I found a property but I need more information, what should I do?

If you have questions regarding a property kindly use the Send Us a Message feature on the listing page with your question and our team will be in touch with you.

How does the booking process work?

Simply select your desired property and select your check-in & check-out days. You’ll be asked to sign in to the website to proceed your payment. Once a payment has been done, you’ll receive a confirmation email listing all the necessary details of your stay.

What are the fees for booking a property on Nestpick?

When booking a property on Nestpick, you are charged with a service fee and a convenience fee based on your booking price. The service enables us to ensure your booking process runs smoothly and is not refundable.

What types of payment methods can I use?

Our payment provider is Stripe, any credit or debit card that Stripe accepts is accepted by Nestpick.
