Can I cancel a booking after check-in?
To avoid any unexpected situations regarding the property as Nestpick, we only work with trusted partners and vetted properties. However, if there are any issues with your property and you would like to cancel after check-in please contact us at tenant@nestpick.com
What are Nestpick’s cancellation policies?
When cancelling a booking the following rules apply;
Cancelling before move-in | |

30+ days prior to move-in | Penalty of 10% of the booking value. Service fee and the convenience fee are non-refundable. |
0-29 days prior to move-in | One month’s rent penalty. Service fee and the convenience fee are non-refundable. |
Ending your stay early (post move-in) |
---|
No termination fee applies if you end your stay with 30 days’ written notice. |
- The guest service fee, any convenience fees, utility and cleaning charges are non-refundable.
- Discount on monthly rate to be adjusted based on the actual duration of your most recent booking or extension.
- Under no conditions, the booking fee and the convenience fee are refundable.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to tenant@nestpick.com.
