What is Partner Network?

Partner Network is a list of selected providers listing their properties on our website as instant bookable. If you wish to be a part of the Partner Network please email us at landlord@nestpick.com.

How does the booking process work?

Tenants will be booking your properties through Nestpick for the full length of stay. When you receive a booking through Nestpick, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the contact details of the tenant to get in touch with them.

The tenant doesn’t comply with my criteria, can I cancel the booking request?

Yes, as a landlord you have the right to cancel a booking request by providing a material reason of rejection to Nestpick. Please contact us at landlord@nestpick.com

How can I get in touch with the tenant?

After you receive a booking, you’ll receive an email with the contact details of the tenant.

The tenant hasn’t responded, what will happen to my booking?

Please get in touch with us at landlord@nestpick.com and we’ll try our best to reach out to tenant.

I need documents from the tenant, how can I receive them?

We advise our landlords to do a tenant screening before check-in. Please contact the tenant with the information stated on the booking confirmation email.

Is there a minimum limit of properties to list on Nestpick?

Yes, to list your properties on Nestpick, you need to be in charge of min 20 units (available & occupied).

How can I offer a different accommodation to the tenant?

If the tenant has requested a listing that is not the best fit, you are able to link tenants to different accommodation from your inventory on Nestpick. Please notify us with this change at landlord@nestpick.com.

When will I get paid by Nestpick for my bookings?

Please reach to out our onboarding team or email at landlord@nestpick.com for payment related questions.

How to view my listings’ booking pages on Nestpick?

All your listings’ information can be found and edited through the dashboard. Simply click “My Listings” on the dashboard to view your listings.

How can I upload listings on Nestpick?

At the integration process, one of our team members from the onboarding team will guide you through. Please reach to out them for uploading new listings or any other changes you’d like to make on your listings.

What is the “check-in window” rule?

The check-in window rule on Nestpick is a limitation of available move in dates that a user can select, be it from current date, or any future first available date. This can be useful in controlling how big the gaps in vacancy between 2 bookings are allowed to be for the property.
